Spotify - Spotify for Podcasters

Data Scientist - Marketing Science (2023)

Staffed as the only embedded Data Scientist for Spotify for Podcasters Creator Marketing team. Responsibilities included leading development & maintenance of core marketing data pipelines, owning creation and distribution of dashboards in Tableau and Looker monitoring web analytics, campaign performance, and attribution, building custom audiences for CRM & Paid Media teams, and operating as an expert consultant on marketing data & infrastructure for teams across Insights, Product, Engineering, and Design.

Additional projects: crafting bespoke data stories for Fan Study 2023: Podcaster Edition, hosting Creator Office Hours as the lead Data Scientist, executing measurement of Podcaster Wrapped 2023, and conducting ROI analysis for Ambassador Ads.


Twitter - Marketing Insights & Analytics Ad Research

Engaged in campaign measurement innovation, and collaborated cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams while supporting Performance Sector clients–mainly Retail/Travel–with campaign measurement and vertical thought leadership. Leveraged technical skillset to streamline ways of working and augment existing systems and tools to better serve the needs of the business.

Sr. Research Analyst (2022)

Managed innovation and advancement of Twitter's campaign measurement solutions by overseeing work streams rolling out new products to prove ROI for advertisers while leading Research strategy for the Retail/Travel vertical. Responsibilities included overseeing Twitter’s proprietary measurement solutions proving Conversation drives ROI, and Twitter’s Advertiser facing A/B testing tool. Excelled in project management, stakeholder management, and client engagement.

Research Analyst (2020-2022)

Advanced Twitter’s measurement stack via product development and foundational research projects. Utilized SQL (BigQuery), Google Apps Script, Bash, and Python to craft novel measurement solutions, identify areas for product improvement, and streamline tasks for a global team of analysts. Collaborated with XFN teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to prove the value of Twitter to advertisers while owning full funnel campaign measurement for Performance (Retail/Travel/Financial Services) clients.

research specialist (2018-2020)

Contributed technical and analytical support to projects using SQL(BigQuery), Python, GCS, Bash, and Tableau that propelled cross-vertical thought leadership and helped train fellow analysts in valuable technical skills. Supported the Retail/Travel vertical via ad-hoc campaign measurement–shipping 30+ reports quarterly–and vertical specific research projects that highlighted Why Twitter for seasonal events like Holiday and Back to School.


SeedProgram - New York (2016-2018)

Develops and maintains SeedProgram's personal website and their community outreach website to engage with and recruit organizations interested in our research.

SECTION ON HEALTH CHOICE, POLICY, AND EVALUATION (2018)

Leads development of e-commerce website to induce purchasing pattern changes in users. Website to be used in NIH grant application.

Greenpop – cape town (2015)

Advanced functionality of archived web application aimed to engage participants and volunteers at Greenpop events. Used Ruby on Rails to build a user friendly interface and address visions from product managers. 

IXPERIENCE – cape town (2015)

Redesigned iXperience website using User Experience design. Developed final product from user stories and personas using Ruby on Rails and managing design process with SCRUM and AGILE techniques.
